- Oversee daily moving operations and ensure jobs are properly staffed, scheduled, and executed.
- Lead, motivate, train, and coach moving crews and team members.
- Coordinate with customers before, during, and after moves to ensure a positive experience.
- Monitor job progress and resolve operational or customer issues quickly and professionally.
- Ensure crews follow company procedures, safety standards, and customer-service expectations.
- Conduct or assist with quality-control checks on moving jobs.
- Help manage employee schedules, attendance, performance, and productivity.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and development of new team members.
- Maintain accurate records, paperwork, inventory, equipment, and vehicle-related documentation.
- Help ensure moving trucks, equipment, and supplies are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Monitor job profitability, labor hours, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with ownership and management regarding daily operations and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with customer estimates, scheduling, follow-up, and service recovery when needed.
- Represent Pink Zebra Moving professionally and help reinforce the company's culture and values.
- Be willing to jump in and assist the team when needed, including on moving jobs.
- Be willing to assist with marketing.
Compensation: $60,000.00 per year
